How do I personalize my gift?
Open a wallet page, choose your color and engraving sides, then add your optional text. Include your design number and preferred placement. You can upload artwork before adding the wallet to your cart. Review your color, engraving placement, exact wording, and artwork filenames in the cart before completing secure checkout.
Can I use my own handwriting or photo?
Yes. Use the upload field on your wallet page to attach a high-resolution photo, logo, or a clear picture of your handwritten note. JPG, PNG, WEBP, and PDF files are accepted: up to 5 files, 10 MB each. Read our artwork preparation tips, or contact us if you need help choosing artwork for your item.
When will my order arrive?
We engrave and dispatch orders in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, U.S. delivery is usually 3–4 business days with free shipping. International shipping is $20, with estimated delivery in 1–2 weeks. If you have a special date in mind, ask us before ordering. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Can I return a personalized item?
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
Can I change my engraving after ordering?
Contact us immediately with your order number and requested change. Please check spelling, dates, and punctuation before purchasing; we engrave the wording you provide. Changes may not be possible once production begins.
Do you take custom design requests?
Yes—send us your idea, preferred product, quantity, and any deadline. We'll discuss the design and confirm the options before you order.
